  • Registration is from February 1, 2016 till May 27, 2016. Delegates who register after

this date will be placed on the waiting list.

Arrival / Departure

  • Arrival is from 7am to 10.30am on the 18th November, 2016 and departure is on or before 11. 30am noon on 23rd November, 2016.


Special Interactive Session

Delegates at the LARSSMUN Conference are not merely model for new knowledge and discovery, but they are also instruments of social change. The Special Interactive Session affords distinguished personalities from the government and non-government sectors with the opportunity to present their views on the theme of the conference; interact and dialogue with the students and provide answers to their questions and concerns bothering on the issues around climate change.

World Cultural Night

One of the special events scheduled to hold during the LARSSMUN Conference is the World Cultural Night. This event will afford the participants and schools’ delegations, the opportunity of presenting National/International Dances, Drama and Songs to other participants and the invited guests. Previous World Cultural Nights have received accolades and ovations from invited guests and the diplomatic community in Nigeria.

To facilitate a smooth organization of the event therefore, schools wishing to perform at the World Cultural Night should fill the performance slip attached with the registration forms. The duration for each presentation is between 5 and 10 minutes. The mode of dressing for this event is Cultural or National Dress of your native or conference adopted country.

Guest Speakers

LARSSMUN 2016 will attract notable and dynamic personalities relevant to government, international relations, and contemporary issues to the conference. In addition, we will introduce in-committee guest speaker programme to ensure that all delegates have the opportunity to hear from real experts on their committee topics.

Official Banquet and Awards Night

The Official Closing Banquet and Awards Night offers a 3-course meal for the students, accompanying staff, conference staff and guests in an environment providing the delegates with opportunity to interact freely with very important personalities and diplomats in an atmosphere devoid of the usual protocol associated with the offices of the these personalities.
